Justin Greenberg - Koenig & Strey Real Living
Justin began his career in real estate with Koenig & Strey in the spring of 2007. During a time when many long time agents were leaving the business, Justin took advantage of an opportunity to learn every aspect of the business in order to smoothly coordinate successful transactions in a tough market. He obtained his Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification in the fall of 2009 and has maintained a platinum level of Quality Service Certification. Justin has been working towards his Graduate of the Real Estate Institute designation and has received his 400 Level Leadership training certificate from the National Association of Realtors. Within Koenig & Strey, Justin is often called upon by leadership to share his vast knowledge and expertise with other agents (many of whom have decades more experience.) In his free time, Justin enjoys staying active whether it’s training for a 10k run or practicing his flop shot at the driving range while getting ready for his next golf tournament.
To go along with his friendly and outgoing personality, Justin brings strong ethics and integrity to the table. He believes in being honest up front, even if it sometimes means turning down business if it’s not in client’s best interest to go forward. His testimonials show that he goes above and beyond for his clients to ensure total satisfaction. His creative background, and past endeavors in starting a new real estate technology company enable him to think outside of the box and come up with new and innovative ideas not only in marketing his listings, but finding ways to negotiate and put deals together. Justin is always up to date on the newest and latest tech trends and figuring out ways to apply them to his business.
Justin's passion for the business is evident when you work with him. You can feel confident that after you work with Justin, you'll see that his dedication is to you, not "the deal." His goal is to help you, not just once, but whenever you need real estate assistance, and to build a lifelong relationship based on mutual trust and understanding.
